Normally When You Switch On Your Computer You See Something Like This:
This screen is a familiar start to the day for many people. It is what your computer does every day as it wakes up ready to perfom all the tasks you are used to it doing for you - emails, Internet, business data, games, family photos, etc.
What Would You Do If One Morning It Decides To Do Something Like This Instead?
This is an example of the infamous 'Blue Screen of Death.'
The precise messages on the screen vary depending on the specific stop error, but the result is the same - your computer has stopped working and you cannot access your business data, emails, family photographs, online banking services or anything else.
You do not have to read everything on the screen - Just seeing it is enough to know that the computer has a serious problem and is not going to work. Switching it off and back on again is probably not going to be enough this time...
My Computer Has Crashed. What Should I Do Next?
1. DO NOT Continue to Use the Computer.
This will write more data onto the hard disk and may damage valuable files that could otherwise be recovered. When files are erased, accidentally or intentionally, the data from these files remains on the disk. It is only when new files overwrite the same part of the disk that the files completely disappear.
2. DO NOT Open the Hard Disk Drive.
Hard Disks are sealed units and opening them will cause damage to the disk unless done in laboratory conditions. Breaking the seal and opening the disk is likely to make any problem worse and reduce the chances of data being recovered.
3. DO Contact Memorecover.
We have a good record of recovering data from crashed hard disks, accidental deletion and formatting. We can recover your valuable data and get your business or home computer up and running fast!
